PRIVACY NOTICE

Effective date: 18 August 2026

1. Who we are

WahlStreetTech Ltd is a private company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre under commercial licence CL13166.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020, WahlStreetTech Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

Privacy enquiries may be sent to adriana@wahlstreettech.com.

2. Information we collect

When you request an executive briefing through this website, we collect the information you provide:

  • full name;
  • company;
  • role or title;
  • email address; and
  • any information you choose to include in the brief context field.

We also use service providers that may automatically receive standard technical information associated with a website request, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, request headers and referring page.

We do not use website analytics, advertising pixels or marketing trackers.

3. How we use your information

We use information submitted through the briefing form to:

  • review and respond to your enquiry;
  • understand the organisation, asset, portfolio or programme you wish to discuss;
  • arrange and prepare for relevant conversations; and
  • maintain an appropriate record of our business correspondence.

We process this information where necessary to respond to your request, take steps at your request before a potential engagement, and pursue our legitimate interest in managing genuine business enquiries and relationships.

We do not sell personal data or use briefing enquiries for automated decision-making.

4. Service providers and international processing

The briefing form is processed through Formspree. Information submitted through the form is sent directly to Formspree and delivered to WahlStreetTech by email. Formspree hosts its services using infrastructure in the United States.

The website is hosted through Lovable using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare processes standard website traffic and security information and may set a strictly necessary bot-management cookie called __cf_bm.

The website also retrieves fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. Those providers may receive standard technical request information, including a visitor’s IP address and browser information.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy arrangements. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the DIFC or the country from which the visitor accesses the website.

5. Storage and retention

The WahlStreetTech website does not store briefing submissions in its own database or in browser storage.

Form submissions are delivered to and retained in WahlStreetTech’s email account. Access within WST is limited to Adriana Wahl.

We retain genuine enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is reasonably required for legal, regulatory, contractual or dispute-related purposes. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or securely disposed of.

6. Cookies

WahlStreetTech does not set analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

Cloudflare may set the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie to identify and mitigate automated traffic and protect the website. This cookie is managed by Cloudflare and generally expires after a period of inactivity.

Because the website currently uses only necessary security functionality and no optional analytics or marketing cookies, it does not present a cookie-consent banner.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion or restriction of your personal data;
  • object to certain processing;
  • request portability of information you provided; and
  • make a complaint to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.

To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, contact adriana@wahlstreettech.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Information about the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection is available at: https://www.difc.com/business/registrars-and-commissioners/commissioner-of-data-protection

8. Security

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice if our website, service providers or data-handling practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the notice was last updated.
